Returned Items Must Comply With Our Return Policy:
We only offer exchange for shoe size within (7 to 10 working days) of receiving delivery.
No design exchange. No color exchange.

  1. If you call us, please mention your name, the product name and size.
  2. We will send the exchange size.
  3. When the delivery man brings the exchange size, you will have to give him the wrong size (intact and in same packaging as we sent it) and take the right size from him. Exchange has a delivery charge of BDT 300 per product in Dhaka and BDT 500 per product in Outside of dhaka city.
    You can also exchange products at any Splayd store.

Please note that used products will not be exchanged under any circumstances. We do not entertain claims of refunds.
Refund:
We don’t entertain any refund for misused products, after purchasing from store or any media, on returning the product after purchasing.
Please note:
No exchanges for discounted/special offer items.
Monetary refunds are not available.

Claim:
Any claim must be placed on our Facebook page or website within 7 days of purchase with details.
